Pharmacist's Toolkit

About Pharmacist's Toolkit

Pharmacist's Toolkit is a clinical reference and tools platform for hospital pharmacists. It's being built by working pharmacists who wanted faster, cleaner, mobile-friendly tools than what's currently available — and a place for inpatient pharmacists to grow professionally together.

The toolkit covers dosing calculators, reference charts, treatment algorithms, and workflow tools for adult inpatient practice. Every calculator is cited to primary sources, and every reference is reviewed against current guidelines.

This is an independent project. It's not affiliated with any institution, pharmacy school, or professional organization. Updates are added as content is validated.

Founder, Pharmacist's Toolkit

I'm Hung Luu, a hospital pharmacist who spent over a decade in retail before transitioning to inpatient practice. I built Pharmacist's Toolkit because I wanted the kind of reference and community I needed when I first stepped onto the floor.

If you're an inpatient pharmacist — or a retail pharmacist trying to become one — this is for you.
